Shipping Delivery | The Vet Shed Online Pet Supplies Store Handling pet supply deliveries is one of our priorities here at The Vet Shed. We make sure that your pet product will be delivered to you safely & in good condition.
We believe that we offer the best freight rates, anyone charging less than us for postage is generally using non insured and untrackable mail and when you read their terms and conditions you will often find that they do not take any responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit. For the dollar or two you might save on the postage you are putting yourself at risk of losing the order and your money. Shop with Vet Shed for complete peace of mind!
What are the different types of Shipping options?
All orders are sent via barcoded trackable mail and are insured.
Depending on your postcode there may be several options available to you. Courier, Eparcel Post or Express Post. Express post is via air and will generally always be the fastest. If there is no courier option at the checkout then we currently do not have a courier that services your postcode so you will only have the Australia post options available
Courier and eparcel are via road transport.
The website will calculate all postage charges for you according to the weight of your order, your delivery address and delivery options available to us. It will give you an accurate postage amount before any payment etc is required.

FREE SHIPPING
Recieve FREE Shipping on all Australian orders that are over $150 and under 1kg!*
STANDARD SHIPPING is up to $7.95 for most areas of Australia for smaller lightweight orders.
However cost of shipping depends on your location and the weight of the items in your cart! Shipping calculators are located under each product. All shipping costs will show to you in the checkout before you finalise your order
VACCINES SHIPPING
Vaccines incurr an additional postage fee to cover the express postage and the refrigiration of all vaccines.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
This is a Fast Express Post priority service. All orders insured and barcoded. Please note this service is not guaranteed next day delivery. If you require next day delivery please call us 1300 735 995.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders will leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days, from there delivery to countries outside Australia takes between 9-26 working days, depending on region.

Delivery times will depend on the delivery method you select. Please note that the delivery times only include buisness days, weekends and public holidays are not included.

All international orders are sent Airmail and are insured
All Overseas orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise notified). Orders to overseas destinations take approx 10-14 business days (occasionally 3 weeks) to arrive at their destination unless otherwise notified.

Q. Where is my tracking number?
If you haven't yet received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Q. My tracking number isn't working?
Australia Post states 'An 'invalid tracking ID' could mean: *You’ve entered the wrong tracking number Please double-check your tracking number and make sure you’ve entered all digits correctly, in the right order. *The number isn’t recognised by our system * Your item might not have been scanned or entered into our system yet. Please wait at least 24 hours and then try again *There might sometimes be a delay in showing some track events for technical reasons
Due to the number of parcels Aramax picks up from us they may only scan the items once back at the depot, hence why a parcel may not be scanning when you check. Please wait at least 24 hours and then try again.
