• Acute kidney insult
• Uremic encephalopathy

Other Indications:

• CKD IRIS Stages 1-2 (non-proteinuric)
• Urate & cystine urolith management
• Hepatic encephalopathy
• Hepatic lipidosis (encephalopathic)

Contraindications:

• Kittens
