Lectade Liquid Concentrate

Lectade Concentrate is an oral rehydration therapy containing a balanced mixture of glucose, glycine and electrolytes. Lectade Concentrate is indicated for diarrhoea, dehydration and disease convalescence and can be administered in conjunction with antibiotics if necessary.

Directions for Use

Lectade Concentrate is for oral treatment only after dilution with water. Dilute 1 part concentrate with 11.5 parts water or to 80 mls of concenrate add water to make up one liter of solution. Most dogs find Lectade palatable and will drink it voluntarily. Palatability for cats is variable. Lectade may also be administered orally via syringe. Continue treatment for 1 to 2 days after the animal appears clinically recovered and is feeding normally.

Active Ingredients

Each litre of Lectade Concentrate contains Glucose 278.75 gr, Sodium Chloride 53.44 gr, Glycine 38.56 gr, Citric Acid Monohydrate 3.28 gr, Potassium Phosphate Monobasic 25.53 gr and Potassium Citrate 0.75 gr.
