Directions for Use:

• Application Frequency: Apply Pestene Powder weekly to animals, their bedding, and the surrounding environment to effectively control and prevent infestations.
• Method of Application: Sprinkle the powder liberally through the animal's coat or feathers. Ensure that it is thoroughly worked into the skin or feathers to achieve full coverage and effectiveness. Be sure to treat the bedding and surrounding environment as well to break the cycle of infestation.

Precautions and Safety Directions:

• Skin Irritation: Prolonged or excessive contact with the powder may cause skin irritation. In case of contact, immediately wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Remove and wash any contaminated clothing promptly.
• First Aid Instructions:
  • In Case of Poisoning: If poisoning is suspected, contact a doctor or the Poisons Information Centre immediately. In Australia, call 131 126.
  • If Swallowed: If the powder is ingested, give two glasses of water and seek medical attention immediately.
  • If Eye Contact Occurs: If the powder comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eyes open. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  • If Inhaled: If inhaled, move the individual to fresh air and consult a medical professional if any symptoms develop.

Withholding Periods:

• Meat: Do not use on animals intended for meat consumption within 1 day before slaughter.
• Poultry: Do not use on poultry within 1 day before slaughter.
• Eggs: No withholding period required for eggs.
