Red Hot Paste 500gm with brush

Red Hot Paste will deter your horse from chewing, biting and wind sucking.   Red Hot Paste is very bitter tasting!   You simply have to brush it on to the surfaces that you wish to deter your pet from, it even comes with a brush ready to use.   This product is easy to use and lasts up to 6 weeks.   It not only stops horses but other animals as well.  It is safe and non toxic to pets and horses.    To remove the Red Hot Paste from a surface you will need to lightly scrub the area with soapy water. 

Remember when using this product to use gloves and avoid contact with your eyes, nose or anywhere around the mouth.  This product is strong and the result to yourself would not be a pleasant one. 

The key ingrediant is  (per g): Capsaicin 3.5mg

For those who have horses in the competition arena - including racing, FEI and harness racing, it is important that you read the following from the manufacturer Kelato animal health as the key ingrediant is a restricted one..   

"Please note RedHOT Spray and RedHOT Paste contain Oleoresin Capsicum, which contains the oil of Capsaicin. Capsaicin is a prohibited substance in the equine industry (racing, harness and FEI). This ingredient is only a very minor component of the RedHOT range (<1%). Capsaicin is found in many anti-cribbing products and topical ointments. It can be used to create a burning sensation and is used in products such as liniments, pepper spray, Crib Stop, etc. Please understand that a positive swab from using RedHOT would be an extremely rare event. The product is designed to be distasteful to the horse and deter destructive chewing and biting habits. Therefore, horses are not likely to ingest much of the product. However, if a horse happened to like the taste, they may consume RedHOT in larger than normal amounts. In this situation, I would advise the owner to discontinue use of the product. If the owner has racing horses and is worried about a potential positive swab for an upcoming event, please advise them to discontinue use and send a urine sample to their local racing analytical services lab for analysis. Again, it would be a rare event for RedHOT to generate a positive swab, but it is something our customers should be aware of."
