Revolution is a topical application which controls and prevents flea infestations, controls flea allergy dermatitis, prevents heartworm disease and treats and controls ear mites and sarcoptic mange in dogs.
Revolution for Dogs: selamectin 120 mg/mL.
Approved for use in pregnant and lactating bitches and in breeding dogs.
Do not use Revolution on puppies under 6 weeks of age.
Administering Revolution:Apply one tube topically to the skin once a month. Depress the cap to puncture the seal, then remove the cap. Part the hair on the back of the animal in front of the shoulder blades until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the tube on the skin and squeeze the tube to empty its entire contents directly on to the skin in one spot without massaging into the site.
Do not apply when hair coat is wet. Treatment area is waterproof after two hours; bathing or shampooing the animal two or more hours after treatment will not reduce efficacy.
For maximum flea control, it is recommended that all cats and dogs in the same environment be treated. For ear mites and sarcoptic mange a second treatment may be required to eliminate infestation in some dogs.

Not long ago, I was fortunate enough to win a 3 supply of Revolution. We ummed and ahhed a few times as to whether or not to try this on her, and decided we would give it a try - if she reacted to it we could just give her a bath straight away. She didn't even flinch. It was fantastic. So now after trying Revolution, we don't even look at any other type of flea treatment as this worked an absolute treat.
