Royal Canin Canine Dental is specially made for small breed dogs (1-10kg), Dental Special is a complete diet for adult dogs with dental concerns or a tendency for dental problems.
Recommended for (indications):
- Daily oral hygiene in dogs under 10kg
- Limits the development of dental plaque and tartar
- Helps fight bad breath
Not recommended for (contraindications):
- Cardiac disease (unless the dog is on ACE inhibitors as sodium intake is then well tolerated)
- Pancreatitis or history of pancreatitis
- Hyperlipidaemia
Feeding Advice:
It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use.
BRUSHING EFFECT
The biscuit's (or kibble) size, shape and texture produce a mechanical brushing effect on teeth, helping to remove plaque and tartar when chewed.
TARTAR CONTROL
Effectively helps reduce tartar through the inclusion of a specific nutrient that effectively reduces plaque deposits.

Dental health for dogs
By: Tracey Jeffery on 31 July 2019My vet was the one that suggested this product for my elderly dogs after having teeth removed. He said it would reduce tartar build up on their teeth. And it has. It’s good quality nutritious dry food. Infially I bought it from the vet but then found vet shed was selling it quite a bit cheaper. So convenient as well to buy online and very fast postage. Would highly recommend this product.

Quality dental biscuits

After my elderly dogs had some teeth removed and teeth cleaned , these dental biscuits have been great for preventing some tartar forming on the teeth. I found the vet shed to be much cheaper than buying from my vet so I keep purchasing from vet shed. Good quality biscuit for dogs dental health.
