Love the product but hate your slow service. Never used to be this way. Once if my order was done before 2 pm it would be sent out that day, not 4 days later. Then I had to contact you when Australia post didn't do their job and actually send it. Really puts me off buying from you again, lack of customer service

Cannot say enough positive things about this product. Maintains excellent physical condition. Healthy coat with reduced hair drop. Great size kibble, helps keep teeth clean. Highly recommended food.
