Royal Canin Feline Urinary S/O
Urinary S/O is formulated for the nutritional management of adult cats with lower urinary tract disease. Its urine acidifying properties and its low level of magnesium make it suitable for dissolving struvite stones and reducing their recurrence.
Recommended for (indications):
- Dissolution of struvite uroliths
- Management of recurrent struvite and calcium oxalate urolithiasis using a single diet
Not recommended for (contraindications):
- Chronic renal failure
- Metabolic acidosis
- Heart failure
- Hypertension
- Treatment with urine acidying drugs
- Pregnancy
- Lactation
- Growth

- The wet version of Urinary S/O Feline is recommended for recurrent idiopathic cystitis
- In older cats, renal function should be checked before Urinary S/O Feline is prescribed.

Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Urinary is a complete and balanced diet for adult cats that have been formulated to aid in the management of feline lower urinary tract disease (LUTD).
Cats often suffer from lower urinary tract disorders that affect the ureter, the bladder or the urethra. One of the most important causes is the development of urinary tract stones, which typically consist of struvite (composed of magnesium, ammonium, and phosphate) or calcium oxalate (composed or calcium and oxalate)
COMPOSITION: rice, wheat gluten*, dehydrated poultry meat, maize flour, animal fats, maize gluten, hydrolysed animal proteins, minerals, vegetable fibres, beet pulp, fish oil, soya oil, fructo-oligo-saccharides, hydrolysed crustaceans (source of glucosamine), marigold extract (source of lutein). SAVE ON VET BILLS!!
21 January 2014My female cats were constantly suffering from urinary tract infections and it was costing me a fortune each time at the vet. My vet recommended I start them on this product, together with the urinary wet sachets. My cats have been on this diet for approximately 2 years and have not suffered a UTI since. This product is worth every cent!

The cats like it and has worked for urinary health
24 October 2013Our girl cat had a a few bouts of urinary problems but since starting on these biscuits, she has not had any symptoms since. The VetShed are superb in terms of communication and delivery - highly recommended.
